Motorino responsibly sources all ingredients and carefully incorporates the best flavours into each and every dish. There’s more offered than just different foods from our menu, but also the freshest and highest quality products on our menus, weekly chef’s specials, bar departments, and catering. With deliveries of fresh ingredients coming in 7 days a week, we have no need for processed ingredients and our house made gelato is the only product we store in our freezers. We take pride in providing true authentic Italian cuisine with natural, fresh, and quality methods.

Stand behind our bar, where cocktails are carefully crafted to match the occasion, wines are meticulously selected to form a diverse collection, every preference is accounted for to offer the best choice for each and every diner. Sip, pair, laugh and enjoy the moment.
The best of the best
Our objective at Motorino is to provide traditional Italian and European flavours with a modern twist, keeping in tact the values of simple ingredients that are naturally grown, GMO free, and organic, never using preservatives. We are a chain of “scratch restaurants” meaning everything is made daily in our kitchens from scratch. We only use the best equipment imported from Italy like Stefano Ferrara and Nella Forni enhancing our traditional flavours.

Our training in intense and educational because we understand that the best way to truly provide an memorable experience is to provide knowledge about every product we deliver. We also understand that refusing to modify a dish undermines the very foundation of hospitality. Don’t hesitate to inquire to your server, change a dish, or make a special request, they’d be more than happy to accommodate you.

If you close your eyes it should be close enough. Every menu selection is representative of the many cooking styles and preferences that make up traditional Italian cooking, with interpretation of today’s time. Almost every product that we source comes directly from Italy.
About the Chef
Perseverance
From the culinary master, Chef Domenic Chiaromonte, comes a contemporary experience of his Italian heritage. Chef Domenic Chiaromonte is a Toronto based Chef, Caterer, Chef-Author, TV host and personality and Co-Owner of Motorino Enoteca Restaurants. Chef Domenic Chiaromonte is the author of Creating the Unexpected, and is also the star of TV's My Favourite Dish. He has been featured on Food Network's Superstar Chef Challenge, Slice Network, Life Network, HGTV, Breakfast Television, CBS, Fox, and much more.
Domenic’s journey began when as a young boy where he grew an appreciation for food. His career as a chef began as he traveled the world working for for some of the best chefs of the era. Through his travels and life changing experiences, Chef Dom was groomed and tailored to adopt the very praised skills and techniques that would make him the culinary master that he is today. After many awards, successful restaurants and celebrated venues, Chef Dom would move onto his next biggest project… MOTORINO.
